ALL STUDENTS WHO HAVE REGISTERED FOR THE 2008-2009 SCHOOL YEAR NEED TO COMPLETE THE ABOVE STUDENT INFORMATION SHEET FOR TRANSPORTATION. PLEASE DOWNLOAD THE ABOVE FORM AND FAX T0 773-5394 OR MAIL TO THE SCHOOL AT THE ABOVE ADDRESS. ******Buses will not run on June 6, 2009****** Sorry, due to miscommunication it was explained that attendance on Friday Aug 1st was not required. This however is not the case and you will need to come by the school to have your registration and attendance verified. If you have previously registered with Elzie Patton, then between the hours of 7:15-9:15am, you will simply go to the car rider entrance on the side of the school. Staff members will be there to record your child’s name and grade. If you have not registered, then please proceed to the front entrance and come into the building. We apologize for any inconvenience that this change may cause and thank you for your cooperation and understanding. The remaining information you received in the mail is correct. We hope to see you on Sunday, August 10th from 2pm-5pm for our Open House.
