Kindergarten Pre-Enrollment for 2025-26

Pre-Enrollment for Kindergarten opened February 26.

To complete Pre-Enrollment:

Go to www.wcschools.com

(Do not use cell phone. The application is too large.)

Click on “Students & Families”

Click on “Enrollment & Registration”

 

Fill out the application and scan in required documents. We encourage parents to scan all required documents if possible. If you are unable to scan in required documents:

Email docs to our Registrar at HarperL@wcschools.com

OR

Kindergarten families can make an appointment at EPE.

Call 615-773-9630 & ask for Mrs. Lee Harper.

 

IMPORTANT:

 

Student must be age 5 on or before August 15 to enroll in Kindergarten.

 

Families who pre-enroll should log in to Skyward Family Access again July 8 to complete additional forms that are not available during Pre-Enrollment.

 

If your student attended Pre-K 2024-25 you do not need to fill out a new application. Your student is already enrolled. J Wait until July when Returning Student Registration takes place. Be sure to scan in 2 new proofs of residence for the new school year 2025-26.
