Elzie Patton would like to present our 2024 Teacher of the Year... Mrs. Julie Smith. To know Julie is to love Julie. She has a true heart of an educator. Genuine, Caring, Compassionate, and Sunshine were just a few words her colleagues used to describe Mrs. Smith.
