Dr. Mary Holland

  I am so proud to lead and serve Elzie Patton Elementary and its community. EPE is a true neighborhood school nestled in the heart of Mt. Juliet, where community and learning grow side by side. Our campus thrives because of strong community partners who invest deeply in our students, staff, and shared success. As Mt. Juliet continues to expand, our excellence rises with it—reflected in higher teacher retention than ever before and a vibrant, supportive school culture.

  Our students enjoy a wide range of extracurricular opportunities, including Patriot Press, Girls on the Run, and Disney Theater, each designed to spark creativity, confidence, and connection. With more than ten languages spoken across our campus, we proudly celebrate the diversity that enriches our classrooms and strengthens our community.

  Learning is at the heart of all we do. Every day, we cultivate an environment grounded in feeling safe, respecting others, taking responsibility for our choices, and demonstrating kindness.
